Hi Everyone!

It's been real long that i update my blog! Arggghh... haha..

[EMERGE conference]
Attended Emerge 2006 at CHC (EXPO), only got to attend for 1 day, where i got to see Kelly and junyang from the ultimate superstar and what's more, the Singapore idol, Taufix (do i spell his name like this? Gosh, i will have lots of his fans running after me to kill me.) performing for all of us. Well, they are good, but i much love the atmosphere when the worship leader takes over. It's the presence of God that i'm in love with! The day was good, Pastor Khong preached on having spiritual hunger. Never knew that it's like the most important thing that we should have as a Christian. NEVER TAKE GOD FOR GRANTED!!!

[Youth Alive Concert]
Youth Alive! Haha.. enjoyed alot, their music was very fun and move with the beat! Think i lost 1 kg just by jumping and dancing! :D But i truly enjoyed the fellowship with the people and most important, the King of kings - God. One of the singers, Rebekah, she is a also a youth Pastor, had the privilege for her to pray for me. I felt amazed about what she prayed for, since i didn't know her at all! She told me exactly the things that i am being through and that i needed to hear. God is truly amazing and awesome!

She has been really a joy in my life! She is the smartest baby i've ever seen, and the biggest too! haha... Aww she is also very very sweet! Her detailness shocked me too! (Guilty, i think she is even more detailed than me!) Where in the world will a baby spot a tiny dirt and pick them up and urge us to throw them away! She is also very faithful to the things that she possess! Every toy... She will feel so satisfied just to put them back in place! I believe she is going to grow up to be a great leader! haha.. She is also the most chicky monkey pu pu! haha... do all sorts of funny things! I really love her very much. :D

God's Miracles!

Haloha.. finally after such decades that i came in here to update my blog! MY blog is not dead... it is just... hmmm.. quiet... :p

today is really an awesome day, a day of miracle! Recently Yang Xinyi got admitted to a hospital, the situation got quite serious, even the doctor does not know what happened to her. Half of the body went numb, her left hand and feet grew so weak, that she could not control them. When we all heard about it, we were all quite shocked about what happened. Went to visit her and prayed for her. We just kept believing that God will heal her and then we kept her in prayer and fasting.

She went through alot of testes and even after 30 doctors came together, they were unable to come out with the root of the illness. Finally, they realised it is pointless for her to stay in hospital, thus she was discharged from hospital, and guess what?! They just gave her panadols! When i heard about that, i was shocked and upset. This is the most ridiculas thing that i heard of.

What's worse was, due to the after effects of all the testes and checks, Xinyi got quite a serious headache that was very unbearable and even caused her to vomit. But despite all the pain and discomfort that she suffered, she just kept her faith and trust in God for healing! She even came to church last week! Though she puked all the way in the cab. Her faith was really amazing. And God had His plan! That Sunday, the whole church rose up in faith to lay hands and prayed for her, we were very determined for her healing! And PRAISE THE LORD!!! After the service, she was able to move her hands and feets! It was truly amazing! God is a good God! Compared to the night before, she could actually move more freely now!

Pastor shared with us this story from the bible about a women having suffer years of illness, and because of her faith, it has made her well.
And Xinyi is just like that! Because of her child-like faith, she was made well! Praise the Lord! God is really a good God.

FINALLY! I'm here to update my blog! Due to the request of Cuiting the early bird ar.. haha... It's really awesome, i maybe busy, but i'm happy! God is truly awesome, when we run the race together with Him, He will not disappoint us! YEAH! The CG hit 22 this week! By prayer all things are possible!!! MORE than that! Our church hit far past 300! Around 358+++! PRAYER MOVES MOUNTAINS!!!

Moon Cake Festival Sunday!

Hi all! I'm here to blog again! IT's super late now! haha.. but it's ok, because today is truly a great day! I was suppose to go to church in the morning to work, since i'm working as a PA for pastors, but as Rinnah is sick, i went to pastors house instead. And on the way back to church with Pst Lia, as she is preaching for the Youth Service, we had to rush for time! And i really learnt alot of things from her, God is truly awesome to gimme this job! (ok, i shall not go into that, else it'll never end! haha..) Pst Lia is indeed a woman of faith, i respect her alot, and she is my role model as how a woman should be strong! I had the privilege to see how a woman of God relate to a taxi driver and preached the gospel of Jesus Christ to him! God is truly amazing! I was really inspired to really know more about God, to read more and be like a Giant Eagle!
The sermon for today is truly very powerful!!! Eagle are truly amazing amazing animal! How God would describe us as eagle! The difference between a small eagle and a giant eagle! Wooo.. i truly learnt alot today!

Then after the great service, we had moon cake festival celebration! We had games and enjoyed the delicious mooncake and the fruit (i call it the big orange!haha...) prepared by our operational crew, and then great photo session and lastly, we set off to Fort canning! haha... Got to know some new friends today! They are Melissa from my former school NYP! And Joanna's bestfriend Shih Hui! it was truly awesome! We had lots of fun!

Finally, after such a long time, i could blog! haha.. now i'm bz working and learning at the same time. It's a great privilege to be working for pastors, to be able to learn lots of things from them. God is truly a good God. Now i pray that more people will come to know Christ, there will be a BREAKTHROUGH! S.A.L 25

The fear of the Lord.

After the restructuring, i just hope that everyone will begin to know God more, and walk towards what God has for us. Pastor preached about the fear of the Lord. That if we love God, we may still sin against Him. Only when we fear God, we will not sin. Indeed it is very true, only with the fear, we will walk in truth and motivate ourselves towards working holiness. God is awesome. Life is good now, although can be tiring sometimes, but i learnt alot of things, thus i know i have to go on and move towards the things God have for me.

I pray that everyone will pray from a plant to a strong tree.

Went to watch with Xinyi, Shuying, Joanna, Michelle, Cuiting, Sok ee, Garrett, Jason, Kelvin, Davis, Thaddeus, Keegan and Miaow Guan! It was fun! Very nice of Davis and the guys group like Thad, keegan to pass the tibits around. That's very sweet of them. One day we shall have a picnic soon! So that we can cook together!!!

Rating for the show: ***/5* hmmm.. well, i feel that when i read the book it was better. Perhaps that was because it was years ago.. And indeed, when we read it, it gives us a wider space to visualize it with our own imagination! But the show do look delicious. yam yam~* ^_^ and i love chocolate!! I bet most of them enjoyed the "dessert"! hee.. looking forward for another outing like this! ;)

There may be ups and downs in my life, but God makes me stronger to be able to take it, mentally, physically, spiritually, God is truly awesome. I will not want to give up so easily. After i got saved, i realised how ignorant i was in the past, there are so much things God has prepared for us. A destiny that we never ever thought that we can be walking in. There are alot things that i'm trying to overcome, life is not easy, but with the power of God, all things are possible.
I really want to be a light and salt of the earth. As that is how God uses us to let other people know how real He is. He is here to give life, and salvation. To those who believes in Him and believes that through Jesus we can be wash clean of our sins.

Ah........ the last update was 20 days ago! haha.. but i manage to find some tiny time to come in and update!

These 20 days was packed with lots of stuff. But i truly like it. Oh ya! i manage to get into the Emerge conference during the 2nd day!! God is good to me. While i was queuing outside, i was praying to Him, and i say, God even if you let me sit on the floor i also don't mind. And true enough, when i went in, there are only seats left on the stair case, since it was near my own church people, i was very contented! Then while i was sitting there, i thank God for hearing my cry, and truly i'm contented. Then, indeed, God gave us more than we asked or hope for. Then i was offered a seat besides my own church people, in the front row!!! haha.. yeah!! altot we squeese together, i was very happy that i could see my pastors sharing testimony that day. It was very clear and the session was great! On the last day of EC, i only get to sit in the overflowing room. haha.. but the whole sermon itself was great, it really impacted me alot! I cried as i felt the presence of God. When pastor Kong shared about how he seek after the presence of God and the power of Holy Spirit, it was like a big WOW to me. And i hunger more of God's presence ever since.

Chicken Pox??
Thank God! I didn't caught it! And i went for the first injection le! Thanks all for praying for me! It's a miracle i didn't caught it! Now i'm waiting for the 2nd dose. :)

Sometimes, it's really easy for us to be distracted and forgot the good things that God had once given us. No wonder God wants us to guard our own heart. He is truly very gracious to me and to all of us.

I've quit my job and now i know i can serve God through this new job, i'm truly very happy. Altot i faced new challenges and lots of new things to learn, but i'm truly glad that God gave me a chance to learn all these things! As i truly need all of that. Only He knows my needs and where i should really improve on. :~> *touched YES! i will run the race and finish it till the end! Amen!

Emerge Conference

Ahh... Rushed down yesterday after work. But there were simply too many people! In the end, i only managed to praise and worship God in the main lobby, looking at the screen. :~c Wished that i was inside. But then, i feel that altot it was quite awkward at first to stand at the main lobby praising and worshipping God, which we can't even make lots of noise as we are afraid that we might affect the neighbourhood. But through this, i realise that i'm truly singing only for God, so i do not need to care how awkward it felt, or how much we were being restricted. Thus, i praise and worship God like never before. Altot in the end was forced to be send back home, as there are simply to many people @ City Harvest Church. :< It's 3 days altogether, I will make it today!!! o(>_<)o

Chicken Pox!

hey all! Haven been updating my blog for quite a while.. As i was super duper bz... But yet, i realised i can realli do lots more things than i tot so. Never restict your mind, as when u do so, you are restricting God's mind. Let our limit be God's limit, and we will not be living in a small world like we used to, anymore. God is great!

These few days, i've been trying to avoid my brother, not in a discriminating way, but it's bcoz, he caught chicken pox. I believe he must be feeling very aweful, as he look reali sick. Sob... i didn't mean to avoid him, as i truly love him. If chicken pox is only for 2-3 days, i wouldn't mind. But it's 2 weeks!

Pig Head Face?
hmmm... Remember there was once, he caught an infectious sickness, call the dunno wat "pig head face"(ya... i know it sounds funny), whereby you will be having fever and your face will be swollen(yes, like a pig, i suppose why it was named like that.). And that actuali took 1-2 weeks to recover too! The we have to put on a blue medicine, which stinks i tell you! I remember during the first night where he caught it, i spent a whole night taking care of him, puting towel on his head and changing it. And yes, in the end i caught it too. hmm.. why did i mention this, that's bcoz, this dear brother of mine actuali tot that i dun care about him anymore. He tot that i'm just a selfish gal who wanted to move out the moment i heard that he caught the chicken pox.(<-which was my first intention indeed.) But, that's because i reali have to! I've got all my schedule planned! Will be on for worship team for 3 weeks, so many things else to plan and do, i simply cannot be sick, not to mention that i'm working as a temp staff, i dun think they will want me anymore if i would to just disappear for 2 whole weeks. Well... But in the end, i didn't move out.
When i know that i can chose between being insist on moving out or to stay, at the midst of desperate decision making, i prayed and asked God what should i do. And i felt a sudden calmness in my heart. What came to my mind was, to trust in Him. That it may not even be a bad thing to even catch it, as He will protect me, whether i catch it or not. When i heard that, i just feel very calm, and apologised to my parents for making them worried. And i have to remind my brother on how i loved him, and took care of him in the past, (he got somewhat a bad memory. haha..) And after that, he forgave me. :D Thank God!

BLESSINGS
I thank God for His love. Now i'm realli determined to plan well in my finance and be a steward over my money. As in order to save money on my handphone bill, i signed up another handphone plan. Whereby it enable me to send lots of sms. Which i would reali need it. And will help me cut down the amt of money i have to pay every month in the current line i'm holding. But althought the intention was good, the timing was wrong. (-_-) Thus, it's equals to wrong. As doing the right thing at the wrong time, is still wrong. But doing the wrong thing at the right time, may not end up wrong. i should have waited until i get my pay before i buy it. Thus, i wouldn't end up in this situation now, cash running low. And i will have to wait for 2 weeks before the salary comes. But God is really good.
I begin to pray and ask Him for help, as this was the first entire time in my life that i felt myself facing things which i don't think i will know what to do if it was me in the past, my bank was like single digit left, and my brother caught chicken pox! But i told God i will trust in Him, and i also know God don't like grumbling. :) And He realli did bless me! I was still thinking how i would be able to cope with the large transportation fee, usually it would auto top up from my bank account. (that explain where most of my $ goes.)
Then, my dad just found a job, as a bus driver, whereby he will send the workers from different areas starting from Seng Kang and Hougang to work in the morning. And it's towards Jurong! Yeah... ^_^ Thus, he offered to send me to work every morning! Althought i have to wake up like 5 a.m. in the morning, i feel refresh, as i can sleep peacefully in the bus while he send the workers from different places to work. And then, lastly then he would bring me for a breakfast before dropping me at my work place. And i realised my mum and dad would come and ask me whether i have money to spend, with my character, i would always say no, even though i have no money, as i don't like to trouble people. But they insisted, and gave me some money. Thank God. Although the journey towards work took 3 hrs, but during the journey, i begin to see how my dad behave when he work. And i was quite happy that his attitude was very good and to see him being considerate, asking the people whether the music is too loud, etc. :) I'm truly glad he found this job and he quit smoking too(He smoked for like 10 yrs+). God is really very good to me. I believe one day, my whole family will be saved, and all will enter the Kingdom whereby He lives in. Kingdom of God. Amen. Praise the Lord.

This part talks about our body and the consciousness of it. I think it is very true in this society. Thus i took it from the book i'm currently reading now.

The body is essential for life here on earth. When God created the earth He delegated man to have authority and to rule over creation. Mankind was to govern the
earth, using his body.

2 mistaken ideas about the body, both equally wrong, are prevalent today. One idea exalts the body and the other despises it.

A lot of people are extremely body- and clothes- conscious. They spend a great deal of time on appearance, yet remain dissatisfied with small details. "My chin is a bit crooked, my nose is too big, my eyes are too close together, my arms are too long, and my legs are too short..." The devil plagues people with fixation concerning the body, but there is deliverance from that. You are to enjoy the freedom Christ has provided. You look as you do and there is little you can do about it.

You must realize that God created your body, and everything He created is beautiful! In His eyes you are beautiful, and everyone who looks at you with God's eyes also thinks you are beautiful. If you complain about your looks, you are indirectly insulting God.

In Psalm 139:14, David declares "Your works are wonderful, I know that full well." This fact was well established in his mind. You, too, must take full control of your mind, and not allow the devil to mislead you with lies, rejection or an inferiorty complex. Giving the devil a foodhold may lead to bitterness that "follows you all the days of your life." For example, i remember a sweet girl who had a little gap between her 2 front teeth. Whenever she spoke, she held her hand in front of her mouth so that on one would see the gap. The devil tormented her with an inferiority complex, and she became so obsessed with her body that those few millimetres eventually filled her life. God does not want us to live like that.

It's a bz week!

i'm currently in my office again. haha.. half scanning the document, hmmm.. i must make use of the time where the proposals are not in to do all my work. haha.. else when the proposals come in, i don't think i will have any chance to do them.. er hrmp, that is to blog and check my emails.. haa.. :p hmmm... slept all the way during the journey today. read a little the "Your Capacity in God" by Rev. Ulf Ekman. It's a great book, think everyone must own one! :D It talks about how we should be spirit lead and not emotional lead, which a lot of people falls into it, sad to say, christians too. As i read it, i begin to understand why people struggles with their emotions all the time, and that's not all, with their weak physical body. *"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak."(Matthew 26:41)

Wow, yesterday's service was awesome! God is truly a true God, since i was singing, had the privilege to attend adult service! The testimonies truly touched my heart, i realised how much i need to know God more. Sob... And then when pastor preached about 4 levels of knowing God, i felt that it is indeed very true that alot of people stopped at level 3, which is to know and love God because of His blessing. I realised, i was like tat too. Which when i know there is a level 4, i was trilled to know that it's knowing the HEART OF GOD. To even give God surprise like how King David gave God! How awesome is this! To carry a heart like how God carry, and to know what we do will please God and i reckon this will truly be the best worship we can ever give. Then i began to talk to God that night, exactly like what Pastor How mentioned, that he will chat and talk to God like how he would hang out with his casual friends, most amazingly, dwell in God's presence! This really encourages me alot! I was truly touched by God yesterday, i weeped like a baby when i began to want to seek Him and i poured out everything from my heart to Him. When He began to answer all my queries, showing me all the things that i never noticed before! it's amazing... It's like knowing God all over again! Indeed!! God is great! I thank God for putting me in this house of God, to be able to be in heart of God church, i felt truly fortunate and it is the BEST decision i have ever made! Praise our Heavenly Father! Hang out with Him!!! :D

Scanning!!! Xp

Scanning scanning.. juz begin scanning the files and sorting them into the correct category! still got 15 over files to go... one file requires almost one day!!! Hmmm.. gonna work faster.. tat's still quite ok, the worse part is, the scanner still gimme problems!!! grrr.... yesterday was the worse, every i scanned have to be rescan as it says there are some errors and stuff like that.. Hmmm.. i will not bow down to a stupid scanner!!! :t Got worship practise today. hmmm.. suppose to be tml, but was shifted to day instead. Poor chor lin, <- my sec friend. I promised to celebrate birthday together with her today, but now i can't. I know they muz be feeling angry, as i always got something on in the end. Well.. I know which is my priority, so with tears, i gonna juz chose one. As i don't want to miss out anything at all. For this is my desire to honour Him. :)

Office Hours Once Again! :p

hmmm. almost finishing the sorting of the files soon, gonna start scanning soon. (>_<) Was on my way back from the toilet and i decided to call my cute sheepie!! Haha... chatted with Michelle, she is currently having her examination. Hmmm.. we gonna work hard together, me for my work and she against her examination, and the SR monster. Well, monsters or giants, they are all meant to be defeated! As i believe, we are not using our own shear strength, but a great strength from our Heavenly Father! Amen! :D realised we are actuali shifting our office pretty soon, there is a change in the date. hmmm... i suppose i would have to take another shutter bus to the office when the times come. hmmm.. i will find a way out! o(>_<)o There is a will, there is a way! haha.. going to church later to do the online system, and yesh! it's report sending day! haha.. gonna write report too! hee.. but i've already got some of the points done when i'm working! It's a blessing i get to use the internet and yes, msn! God is indeed loving! :D Grrr... Gonna go back to the files and rushy clips now~~~** <(*_*)>

Today gonna sort out all the files, and change the rushy clips from the file. Just need to take out unnecessary documents. Kinda afraid that i might do wrongly.. haha.. but shouldn't be. The office began to pack the stuff as we are moving soon. They will be moving on the 8 of June. Which i will have to rush down to CHC for youth conference. Yesterday was mother's day! On saturday, the west gals went to Yvonne's house to bake cookies! haha.. its very fun, everybodi helped out each steps, flitering the flour, suger, mixing the butter and every ingredients together! haha.. Lastly, since we do not have cookies cutter, we ended up making the shapes we desire! (I made sure they wash their hand! haha..) It tasted delicious!!! Altot the first few trays were burnt, opps, is slightly over cooked! haha...
Well, i feel it's reali fun to gather together doing the same thing together where everyone plays a part and work as a whole. Being united is great, without one, we would have missed one step, and the cookies will be ruined. Its like we are the body of Christ, where we can't lose any part of the body, while when we want to go somewhere, and the legs refuse to move. haha. Thus, we work hard together as a whole walking towards the same goal, to glorify God, and to bring His word to His people. God is great, His love is far more than i had once imagined to be. :) Only in the house of God where we really love one another, and corrects one another, altot sometimes, it can be painful, but only true love corrects. Amen. :)

Graduation Trip!

Hi all!! I'm finally back from the graduation trip with my DIT0215! ;) It was fun! Thanks to all of them, really hope that one day all of us will meet again and have that we will not forget one another. hmmm.. this sounds very familiar isn't it? I realised that it indeed like different stops of life. Where we get to know different people during the journey. How i hope everyone will one day understand God's love and we will all be sisters and brothers in heaven! That will be eternal life together forever... And to think that God's creation on earth is so beautiful, how much more will God provide for us in the heaven? It's going to be far more than what we can imagine! If only everyone will realised how great God is, to have a real personal relationship with Him, and we will find our purpose in life. For His thoughts are far more higher than our thoughts. God is awesome, for blessing me with good and kind people around. I hope that one day, all of them will be saved, and we shall see one another in heaven, with an eternal love that flies far more than now. :)

Wow.. i finally start work lo! althought i have to wake up early in the morning. 620am.. T_T but it's worth it! This is a season for training! I thank God that all the people there are really nice! Especially my supervisor! She look sweet when she smile!!! ;D Lot's of paper work to do, lots of paper cuts too. but i'm ok! (i'm a strong gal! or rather, becoming one!) :) For i can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! It's a amazing how morning QT can really refreshes me the whole day! God is AWESOME!!! i slept like so late but after the worshipping and all, whoo! It's a brand new day! Halleluyah! Ok, it's going to be 2am in the morning, while i have to wake up the same time tml.. NITE NITE!! ;)

I feel that the journey of my life is going to be more and more exciting. I just finished my exams.. "unofficially" finish my poly life! While i was praying to God about how i would like to really train myself. That i want to prepare myself before i enter the bible college, as the travelling distance is very long... And i would really need to train myself to wake up early before the school starts. Since the school starts at around next year Feb, in between, i will need to work, and earn myself the school fees, transports and most importantly, FOOD! :)~

Thus, i just tell myself to put my trust in God. That i believe He will have a plan for me. Then i began to pray... To my surprised, the next day my friend Lan called me... She asked me whether i would like to work. And the pay was reasonable, but what interests me was, when i was told that it's at NUS, which is near the bible college that i'm going.. Which means, it suits exactly what i prayed for. To train myself before everything starts, and it's in a school, what's more, i also prayed that i can learn to be more detailed,(*For if we are faithful to small little things, God will give us much.) then i found out that this job requires alot of administration, organising. I was like, wow... it's really time for training! God is indeed very faithful, as i began to seek Him, He never fails to plan for us, and gave me the best plan more than we asked or thought. Praise the Lord!

*Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. (Ephesians 3:20)

Juz had a surprised by... oh no, too many to name! Everyone in church! I'm totally touched. With Xiao Ting and Chek Yeow to sing "Tian Mi Mi", lolz.. it was realli sweet indeed.. ^_^ And althought i always disapprove the kind of long slide messages in the projection, but i was touched indeed, altot it was kinda alot, especially when it's so many people!! :D But it's very precious to me... I will read it slowly. :~> And STeVE TuRnER!!! *blush.. but it's only admiration, trust me, it's OVER!!! lol.. Haha.. but i reali love the hand made frame that Gina and Ester made especially, with Steve Turner's photo, and handwritten message in it!!! At first i tot they were kidding me, thinking that they juz anyhow scribbled one for me.. lolz.. No wonder, WenQiang doesn't want to give the photo to me that time.. haha.. Thanks guys for everything. I celebrated with this bunch of people who spent almost 3 yrs seeing each other's face.. lolz.. went to sakae sushi for buffet! i ate and felt bloated like a balloon! Goodness! lolz.. but since i haven been eating buffet like so long.. thus, it's worth it, especially with this bunch of people. I was touched when they offered to treat me to the graduation trip as my birthday present. :~) sob.. i really appreciate it. It's a great blessing to know them and had spent 3 yrs together.. which was like a blink of eye.. We are graduating SOON!!! awww.. sob sob... everybody will be going separate ways... hmmm.. i reali hope that one day we mite met again... And that they will also understand and enjoyed God's love and destiny for them. :)

This week had been awesome! So many things happened, after the red rain, we had workshop! While Steve Turner taught some of us how to sing, harmony! He is indeed multi-talented! He knows how to sing, do sound, play bass guitar, and keyboard!!! whoo.. it's so cool when we are willing to learn new things! And to think that he is so young! Hmmm.. today is april fool's day! Time really flies.. It may be a day of making fun of others, but today happen to be the first day of RED RAIN CONCERT!!! so exciting! I think it is definitely goin to be very fun! Whoo! Singapore is the first station for their world tour concert! Feel so priviledge to have them in our church! I bet it's goin to touch alot of souls! I really hope that this time round, not only will it be fun, but i believe the presence of God will be there. And people will be able to experience it themselves, that God is real.

Wow! Wat a fruitful week! God is awesome! I felt so privilege to be able to attend the healing conference at Singapore Indoor Stadium last friday! Woo... it was totally amazing. The presence of God was so STRONG! Praise the Lord! I went for the first day, where a total of 5000+ people was kept outside the stadium as there were simply too many people! (A total of 11000+ people, the number of people to be able to go into the stadium!) I managed to be squeeze in! Woo! It was definitely all worth it! The faith level was high, everybody was praising God, and worshipping God together, wat's more, LOTS of people got healed! Halleluyah! Lamed can walk, blind can see! Indeed, God is faithful, amen! Wow, there were lots of people got saved too! i heard that there are this people who send the patients there, while they saw how they walked out of the stadium, they were totally shocked and amazed! Guess what? By the grace of God, they got saved! Amen! Whoo.. Indeed God is a faithful God! Amen!
*Yet I will certainly bring health and healing to it and will indeed heal them. I will let them experience the abundance of peace and truth. (Jeremiah 33:6)
People coming from different countries can't wait to come for this eye-opener world wide conference! Wow, when we see how God moves, i felt touched and faith is really what we need in our whole christian walk. This i trust in God. Amen. :)

Whoo ho! I'm in school again! haha.. Just had this interview test in my comm skill.. Hmm, i was the 2nd one to go up and pretend to be interviewed in front of the whole class! it's quite awkward, but thank God, i pass through it. I will have to work harder for my final exam so as to obtain an A. But i believe i can do all things through Him who strengthens me! Yeah! I can't wait for this to come! In another few hours time, Rev Benny Hinn is going to be in the Singapore Indoor Stadium! It's going to be absolutely awesome! It's going to benefit so many people! aH... It's been long since i update my blog... hmm.. have been reali bz lately.. so many things happened. Was on for the worship team for adult and youth service! Had to wake up very early for worship practise in the morning. But it is worth it! Yeah, and i did not lose my voice this time. Halleluyah. The crunches indeed works. Thank God. Hmmm.. then while i was feeling down that day, felt discouraged when i look at the people... it's another story, and was faithless, i seek God for help. And He wants me to love the people for God has mercy for them.

*So receiving God's promise is not up to us. We can't get it by choosing it or working hard for it. God will show mercy to anyone he chooses. (Romans 9:16)

Immediately He responded my prayer. Something happened and I was shocked, but the flow of love just went into my heart. Thank God. Indeed, we can never out give God.

Hey all. Happy Chinese New Year! hee.. juz finish collecting "ang baos" from my grandma house, Where all the relatives will gather there. Lots of children! Hmmm.. when i saw all of them, i juz felt, how good if they all know how God loves them. :) haiz... A pity, most of them don't. And they are all living a life that they felt curious, but since they are already alive, who cares so much. which is very sad. They have a purpose in life! A great destiny, if they understand the love of God.

HOGC website!

Ah!! HOGC website need to be ASAP. Thus, we need to put in more information into the website! (>_<) Been staying in church till 1130pm these days... and yesterday my mum was really upset about it. And she started nagging about it in the phone. I felt so stress about it. Just then, i know this is a test for me to go through. Thus, i will not be shaken! Immediately, i prayed with Samuel for the website and for more strength and wisdom to be fill in us. And i felt much better after that. Althought i was struggling with the fear inside of me. Asking myself, what is going to happen the moment i reach home? As recently, my relationship with my family wasn't very good. sign... Thus, while i was in the train, i started to cry out to God in my heart, i prayed that my mum will not be angry with me, and that my sis will understand me more. And i learn to put the trust in God, as i know this is what i must do. When i reached home, amazingly, my mum was not angry with me. She even ask me to drink the soup that she has been waiting for me back home to drink. Thus, i praise God for that. Amen!

Yesterday night, i remembered i had 2 strange dreams. Which i do not remember the first, (Which i know it is some spiritual war.) but for the 2nd one, the images of myself struggling was kept vividly in my mind. I felt the pressure once again, and instinctly, i know what it is, and i try to cast it out in Jesus Name. But, i could not, something was trying to stop me from saying the word Jesus. Thus, i was desperately seeking for God's strength. Then i started to pray in tongue, to ask Holy Spirit to help me. Just as immediate after i prayed, i felt the strength in me, and i casted the spirit out from me in Jesus Name. I felt the pressure release from me which i am certain it followed by a striek, as i heard it. Then i woke up as i felt release.

Thank God for the strength and the courage to overcome all things. In the past, i did not know that evil spirit do exist. It was until around 10 months ago, the encounter, which really scares me. That was before i become a Christian, and due to that incident, my friend told me about Jesus. Which i know is my first step towards the salvation that has always been there waiting for me. I thank God for leading me towards Him. As i never regret accepting Him into my life. But only regret that it came so late. But i know time does not matter, so long i am willing and obedient, i shall eat the good of the land. Amen. :)

haha.. today is the open house for NYP! yeah.. wow.. and there are lots of students from all the different schools! I can see different uniforms everywhere!!! haha.. Xinyi came to my school today with her friends! haha.. then Gina came to meet us.. whoo... and an idea struck me today! A crazy idea... but i know i have to do it!! we went to one of the computer in my lab, then started typing surveys!! As i feel, this will be a great time to get to know the people!! God is faithful! Amen! This is indeed a great plan for a day like this!! haha.. thus, i printed 30 pages out. then, me and Gina started plucking up the courage to ask the people to do! haha.. wow.. and Gina is real good at it!! ;) Learnt alot from her! haha.. think we are really ridicule for God! yeah! then we realised, within 10 minutes, 30 surveys are all gone! hmmm.. thus, i printed another 30. haha.. then realised that we can do more! thus printed another 30. :) As i know.. printing one more will increase the chances of getting the people. For it's souls that we are talking about. We are seeking salvations! And nothing can stop us... And i know it's not my idea, definitely not mine.. It's a great idea from the Holy Spirit... Whoo.. and that ends my exciting day! Yeah!! It feels great to fight for God! Amen!

Aww.. din go to school today. went to see a doctor.. had throat infection, no wonder i can't make myself wake up in the morning. just felt sleepy and dizzy.. whenever i'm not feeling well, tat's what happen. and, the doctor consultation fee is so expensive. My sis brought me there and paid for me. Thank God for all the blessing He have for me! God is simply awesome, the little blessing i have in my life, how can i not praise His name! hmm.. today is really like a sabbath day.. was just talking about how God will make me keep my sabbath day if i don't obey. Opps.. hee.. had CG yesterday! :..c Peishan can't come... sob.. hmmm.. and was suppose to lead praise and worship during the CG.. and this is my first time! was very excited about it. but quite stress as well, and i just got to know it the night before! Then went to church very early in the morning to practise with Davis. We prayed so hard together. And i believe God wants us to see that there are lots more things to learn. Althought it did not go on well as i expect it to me, i will not give up!!! (>o<)o For God is a good God! Thus, i will have to learn to constantly seek Him! hmmm... haven been having good QT, T_T i felt so bad... I realised God really want me to keep a good sabbath day, else He will really make me pay back on what i need to rest on. Thus, I will buck up! (>_<)o

Today's service is really good! The presence of God was really strong! As we seek God together with all our heart! And even Joanna felt it!! She was so excited about it! haha... And i felt very excited too!!! That we have to learn to SEEK God and He shall be found! As we worship God whole-heartedly, God will seek us! As God is constantly looking down from heaven, SEEKING for people who seeks Him!

Then had a sharing session with Pastor Lia, i felt so impacted by it. That being a worshipper is not just about switching mode, that when it comes to worship, we switch to become a singer, and when it comes to take care of people, we switch to another mode. But the real thing is, it's everything about us! That we have to learn to be in continual deep relationship with God, thus, whenever the things we do, God will be with us. That it will be just us, the whole of us that everything we do, the anoiting of God will come out from us! I'm so inspire to be a living testimony for God, as i know, when i leave everything to His hand, He will mold me. Shape my character, my behavior, my temper, my everything. God is a Good God. :)

Before that i had follow up with Joanna and Michelle! I'm glad that they listen to it attentively. I feel that no matter what gifts i receive, the best gift is to see that my spiritual brothers and sisters can grow well in Christ! God is really amazing. Taught me to love the others. hee..

Now i'm in the West team! :) Garrett wants me to be the game IC that day! haha.. we played a game called "Dog and Bone" hee.. warm up before the worship begins! hee.. I love to worship my God. As i really feel His presence whenever i worship Him. I think God is really faithful. That from the past untill now, He taught me so many things in life. The problems that He gave to test me, and the solution He provide to overcome it! No matter how hard life is, i know i can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! :D And i also know so long i'm willing and obedience, my Heavenly Father will never fail to reward me. As what i reap is what i sow! We can never outgive God! ;)

Went to celebrate Qiwei's birthday! In the end, they went to PS... T_T my second home is just there! yeah man.. lolz.. i mean Heart Of God Church is just around there! Thus, PS to me is consider a very familiar place to me now! lolz.. altot i can still lose my way sometimes. hee..

Well had a great time. Went to Cafe Cartel for dinner. SOB~ another sob! lolz.. me juz went Cafe Cartel yesterday! With my Secondary mates! hmmm.. well well.. ate different stuff of coz.. now i'm broke! lolz.. well, it's ok, since it's been real long i ever meet my poly mates! well well.. Had a great time taking pictures! lolz.. and who knows, Garrett my leader and Davis, Clement plus Chek Yeow were outside all the while looking at me! *blush... they tried to call me, but to no avail. (Since i got so involve in my photo session) *blush hee.. they just finish their connect grp in church!

I'm no longer under the poly team now.. abit not used to it.. transfered to the WEST team.. well, so long i'm serving the same Lord, anywhere is good. :)

3rd Week of School.

This is the 3rd week of school! hmmm... been missing lectures.. oppss.. i will try to really catch up! Can't aford to miss it like tat.. who knows i mite be kicked out of school during this last semester! T_T

Well, for today, i feel very different. Saw a friend of mine, and went praying for that friend of mine.. (Name confidential) As i really felt that God wants me to do so. When he/she shared his/her story with me. I felt like a pain inside of me. I felt like how God feels. I just felt the courage to pray for her in school. God is really an awesome God. He guides me to do things that i don't used to do. But i know, tat's what He wants. Thus, i shall be obedience and willing. :)

Sometimes in life, we met with all kinds of problems. Besides problems, fighting against our own character, emotion alone, is tiring. As God wants us to change! Thus, we have to follow! As I believe 100% in God, thus, i have to learn to overcome the problems i faced. But not with me own strength, but His! I felt really shocked but at the same time peaceful and happy that i can rely totally onto Him.
He is great. We will have a victorious life if we follow wat God wants us to do. I'm glad I got to know God, not too late! :) Anyway, even if i knew Him 10 years ago, being disobedient will not bring me no where. Thus, it's not the amount of time that we are in Christ, but the amount of effort and trust and obedience we are willing to give. :)

Sermon on 31/05/04: Needs

This is a sermon which left a deep impression on me. Well, i suppose it will be good for the teenagers. Well, if you need some serious thinking, you may have a choice to spent a little time to read it.

-Why does God created needs for us?
Well, seriously ask yourself why. Why not God create us human who will be self-functioning... (meaning, we don't even have to eat, drink, and sleep!)

But, why?
Well, before God creates anything, He will always have a reason and He thinks ALOT before doing so. God created needs for us, so that, we will not become an arrogant, proud person and so, with the needs, we will have to depend on each other, then turn towards God.

-Is needs sinful, evil?
No, needs is infact neutral, sin will only come, when the needs are met in the wrong way. Thus, we have to meet our needs in the right way!

Take a obvious example. Sex for example, well well, for those so called righteous people, their first thought about sex will definitely be, eee... so dirty. They will be embarrass to even speak about it. On the other hand, people who are more "open-minded", will infact talk about it in the not-so-right way. And it's dangerous, as that is when, we created sin and the needs becomes "dirty". Why is it so?
It's all been wrapped up by the way people commit to it. The wrong way the needs are met. When God created the world, He wants us to subdue it, and be fruitful and multiply! Thus, Sex within a family, is in fact very good! But anything outside that marriage boundary is bad. That is where Sin is being committed by people. (Extra-Affair sex, homosexual, pre-marriage sex etc...)

For youngsters, infact, even for everyone, there is a significant needs which everyone will want to have. That is, to be loved, to be accepted, to have a sense of belonging! (Read *Luke 19:1) Sin always happens when, unmet needs come into some very young teens life. Which caused them to sin. (The only way devil wants to destroy a teenager, is by destroying their family.) They did not manage to receive love from their broken family, and when they are not touched by God yet. This is when, the needs rises up. Early relationship between young teenagers starts to come up.

-Dangerous Zone
When one who think they need a relationship, are actually stepping into a dangerous zone. Why is it so? Since the needs in the young teens starts boiling them up, they will very much wanted to be loved, to feel accepted, to feel that they belong to something, and that something belong to them! That is why, they starts a relationship and after the "honey mood period", agruments starts to rise up too!
When one party asked for love from the other party, and doesn't receive it enough. Argument will most likely start. That is because, the other party are thinking doing the same thing as well! We are all human being, thus, when 2 parties who wanted so much to be loved, they will start "taking" from each other! (Just imagine, when 2 lions who were starving for days saw a piece of meat on the floor.)
Well, when one party are kind enough to be the "giver", there will definitely be one day, he/she will be dried up! That is because, with the same reason, he/she will need to be love too!

Thus, when Christians say, Christian need to be with Christian, it is not at all a sense of discrimination or for so called "religion" purpose. This is actually because, only God can truly satisfy a person's need! When we turn towards Him, we will find that He truly exist, His love for us is manificant, so abundant that we will be touched! (That explains why we need to give thanks to Him on the day He rest. The 7th day after He created the earth! Which is Sunday!) Only when our needs are satisfied then will we feel secured, loved and happy! That is actually the time, for us to start giving to the one we love!

It's all logical thinking if we are willing to open our heart to accept it. Stubborness will only lead to self satisfaction, which also leads to a sense of lost, unreal and emptiness in our heart. We are like a sitting in a boat floating around in a heavy mist without a compass! Only when we found the true compass, we will not be lost anymore. The path is right infront of us towards the brightness! Because, the compass will lead the way. :)

A tiny tips:
-When do we know it's time for us to start a relationship?
The time when we say we do not need a relationship,(note: not in the sense of self deceiving) it will be the time when we are ready! ;)

***Being a Christian is not a religion, it's a very personal relationship with God. ;)

Hee.. i shared testimony again! Whew! This time, it's much better! hee.. Maybe i shared the day b4 already. Thus, the fear wasn't as strong. Well, indeed, fear can be overcomed! ^_^ oh ya.. after the whole happening service, we went to the Singapore River! haha.. a whole BIG bunch of teens walking together = Absolutely NOISE!! lol.. but it's happy noise anyway. We even sang songs during the way! Did cheers, and ignoring what other people may think. lolz.. as we are all a bunch of youth who are ridicule for God! Yeah! haha... I feel absolutely great to be with them. Not the normal happiness, but it's something that comes within the spirit! As we are all loving God and have the same Goal in the end! Then in the end, we are serving the same King of kings! Praise the Lord! And wow.. as our church grows, it's going to be even more exciting than this! And yes God, we will fight the race!!! :D

And oh ya... Happy birthday Jesus! ^_^ wow.. today is such an exciting day! Finally it's my turn to share my testimony! hmmm... it really take a lot of courage to speak infront of 200 people ya know. But with the power of God, yes i conquered it! ^_^ tml i am sharing again! hmmm... so exciting~~ today then i realised i din get my covered shoe.. oh no.. and yesh! we are in the city now! thus, i went over to PS to get a covered shoe.. hmmm... i'm not used to it!!

it's so painful! i dun like covered shoe!!! >o< ok.. well... then when i was informed that i need to get a pant to wear as the skirt i'm wearing will not be very approperate on stage.. grr... my sky sorta falls down! lolz.. oh gosh... but i seek God no matter wat happen! Praise the Lord! i changed with Joanne! Oh.. it's really hard on her... we changed for like 3 times! as the clothes doesn't match blar blar blar.. gosh.. it's really a happening day! haha..

Wow.. got so many presents! it's not wat i get tat i'm happy! it's the heart that the people showed to me. I'm totally touched. And i feel this is the best gift i ever have! tat is to have them around me! My heavenly sisters and brothers! Yeah~~!!

School Reopen~

Finally school reopen. And today is the 3rd day of school! and i actually skipped it. :p As today is wednesday, and the first week of school. And actuali the real reason is, i wanna rest.. hee.. :p Went to church today! For accapella training! so fun! :D It's going to be real great during the Heart Awards service! Hee~*** And Friday is the Xmas Eve! Both Friday and Saturday i'm going! As i don't want to miss any of the fun and sermon! hee.. And i realli feel that for those friends where i try to invite and they don't wanna come because of prejudice, haiz... i just felt that they really don't know what a great deal they are missing. haiz.. Well, all i can say is...:

Youth Camp!!

Yeah... Opss, din reali have time to come in here to write my blog after the 3 days of camp with the bunch of fun loving brothers and sisters! It was totally awesome! We played wet and dirty games, and as i was one of the camp committee, i was involved in taking care of one of the station! When i saw how they struggled in the mud, i reali feel like it's really great to be together with them! That we are not restricted by things, and will juz be willing to go into the mud and dirty water without grumbling! Now tat's wat i call the spirit in sports! ^_^ Had amazing race! At NE line! lolz.. was fun! And although tired, we helped one another! During the night, we went to eat desserts!(juz beside Kovan MRT station) haha..

Although we had fun, at the same time, we are spiritual! I was simply so impacted by the 2 sermon preaced both by Pastor How and Pastor Lia. To love others and not the have self distorted images. And then i realised how God loves me so much. It was far more than i had imagined to be. And then i also realised how a person can be hurt without knowing. And tat will be our subconcious, that even we ourselves doesn't know! But God knows everything!

-God healed me!-
I felt God healing my inner soul. My emotions, and my broken and deep wounds in my heart. I juz remember crying all the way, as i felt God's presence and love, that i cannot explain, but juz cried. I felt so fortunate to be saved the moment i accepted Christ. That truly, i only regret i wasn't saved earlier! Now my life is full of light! As i'm walking in the light, as He is the light! Amen.

It was the best camp i ever went. Totally awesome, as we are God's army, soldiers that are in war! Towards our God, serving the same King, and most importantly, we are created for a purpose! And God can provide us exceeding, abundantly, above all that we can ask or think, according to the power that works in us! Amen! :D

First Service!

hee.. Today was awesome! The nights and all that we practise, finally pays off. I feel that God is really awesome, every single thing that i do, He is there watching. lolz.. and now is the time, for me to really be more train up in my singing. If i am to continue to sing for God and to glorify Him, the current thing i must do is to Protect My Voice! PMV = -(My FaVoRite Spicy food, tibits, ChOcoLatEEEE!!!) = (T_T)...
on the other hand, PMV = Drink honey in the morning, before i'm on for singing, drink the "not so nice" herbal soothing drink, or watever it calls... sob... well, i will choose honey. Winnie loves honey. :)~
And i will survive!

Sometimes, i feel that people find it hard to understand the things we are doing right now. It's really understandable. As i used to dislike Christian (<- That is call prejudice) and dun really accept and understand the things they are doing (<- That is really call, Ignorant). The true fact is really, after i'm saved by accepting Jesus Christ into my life, my life really change. (<- Provided i'm truly willing to open my heart and accept.) All the way from bad habits to character, and from character to building a stronger and better character. God is all time rounds, if we are willing to give our whole life to Him, He will make sure it is properly managed. Not more and not less.

Totally awesome, i'm also glad to know the people who have the same vision as me, who really work hard towards their goals. And serve the same almighty King together. As only in Christ, we can find true brothers and sisters in heaven. Amen. :D Let's all grow in the house of God!

INTO THE CITY!!

Woo! At last we are into the city!!! yeah~~*** clap clap*~* And yes! i'm singing for the first day of service in the town!!! Yu huu!! so exciting! And yes indeed, we practised alot.. a total of 4 days! Most of it till mid night! And it's indeed very fulfiling! To do things till excellence! Woo..

I feel that there is indeed a HUGE different between last time and NOW! yeah.. the lights, new cafe, new children church and everything! It's AWESOME! We may be small and just started, but our fire for God is burning strongly! Yes, the feeling when everyone prays together, a total of 300+ people praying together! Praise God! It's great, and i really wonder what on earth have i been doing in the past. It's nothing compared to the past. Even the most happening thing in the past cannot be compared. As now, we are praising God together in our spirit, mind and soul! Amen!

There will be more breakthroughs! yes! INTO THE CITY! \(^0^)/

opps.. this 2 weeks is totally a busy but absolutely fun weeks! hee.. We had, VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL!!! haha.. so fun... and it's totally different from our normal service oh! We had discipline during the class, and total attention to our pastor Haw.. who had sore throat, but he still continued his lesson. (Will we be stopped by a sore throat? NO! haha.. The more the devil stops us, the more stronger we get!)
I'm sooo glad i went for these two weeks of bible school!

Else i would have missed sooo much. (3 days each week) the knowleadge we gained during this six days, i suppose it was more than i thought to obtain. Oh gosh.. juz so much to be squeeze into my brain.. but then, every single word my pastors said were so precious, that i will never want to forget it. (Whew, i got my notes!) I suppose i really have to read it again and again so as to keep reminding myself not to give up so easily when i meet with any problems! ;)

Whew, immediately after the 2 weeks of learning, it's soon going to be our Youth camp! yuhuuu... wow.. and i'm one of the camp crew.. keke.. think it's goin to be real fun! With over 200 youths gather together to PLAY and at the same time to PRAY! haha.. it's goin to be real cool!

Yeah~~ We are moving our church next week!! on the 12 of Dec! And i'm in the worship team! Singing has always been my passion, and now, i finally found the real meaning in my life, that is like a jizsaw puzzle finally in shape, to sing for God, to worship Him. It's like it's born in my soul, that in my spirit i know that was always the thing i've been desiring for. Now i know, God has made me this way. :)

woh.. suddenly it's like alot of stuff pouring over me. And indeed, i felt the "stretching" haha.. but i know, God wants me to grow! He wants to see a better and stronger me, in terms of physically, spiritually and most importantly my character! Yeah.. i will over come! As we are more than a conqueror! ***Do not be conquered by evil, but conquer evil with good. (Roman 12:21)***

Then i realised, the time i had were actually so much more. The things i did all these weeks, i think it would have taken me 3 mths to finish! lolz.. Thus, i realise that if i am willing to try harder, alot of things can be done! Thus, time are not wasted by lazing around doing nothing. hee.. yeah.. got into a worship team! Sang for saturday and sunday! Was so fun! The name of the team is 41st day! hee.. Was really excited, or rather, anxious on the first day. But then it got better on sunday. :) This week is going to be real bz week! haha.. gonna settle down the flash nav bar for our heart award webby! cool, think it's going to be great! And also for the flash intro page when our church moves! Am also involve in the worship team during vbs (vacation bible school) and also singing for next week! so exciting! The 11 of Dec will be the day where we will be moving to our brand new church! so exciting!!!! o(>o<)o yesh! it's going to be real great! Let's build the house of heaven! ;)

oki.. better stop my excitement... let's go into something... erm... even more trilling!! hee... yupee.. my cousin was saved last sunday during the adult service! i was trilled! Despite my illness, i was early during the sunday adult service, as i had to accompany her, and finally she was saved! Praise the Lord! yeah... it's indeed, getting a soul saved... another one more soul added to the Kingdom of God in the heaven! The feeling is just undescribable... hee.. i pray that more souls will be saved, not only saved, but will live up Christ name! Amen! <(@_-)v

ha... cheee.... (opps.. God bless.) Was sick since last thursday! Din go to school on Friday. On Thursday morning, i had this feeling that i will be having fever. I was feeling quite unwell, then i prayed to God that at least let me pass by my presentation. Wow.. Like wat i prayed, God granted me the wishes. I felt perfectly alright during my presentation, and it's like cinderella story, immediately after my presentation, i felt the heat starting to boil on my forehead again.

well.. well.. Perhaps u may say, why dun i juz pray for full recovery? well, tat's bcoz i believe God give everyone a different encounter for a certain reason! Thus, i pray that if this is something that He think that will help me, be it in an area of my life, then let it be. And indeed, instead of staying back like usual in school, i went home early tat Thursday.

When i reached home, i told my mum that i was feeling unwell, perhaps a fever. At first, after she try to "measure" it with her hand, she tot that i wasn't having any fever, perhaps it's juz some sort of 'internal heat'. Well, hereby is weeee... ooo~***Winnie's Advise***~ooo never assume that your hand measurement is accurate, or u mite end up in hospital! ;) haha.. okie.. but then indeed, i was having a fever at 38.6 degree. I actualli felt my head aching, since the morning..

but since the panadol at home has run out.. i had no choice but to proceed to my bed to rest... Then knowing that my brother is not a considerate and automatic person, i deliberately reminded him on how while he was sick i stayed up all night to take care of him... i wish i din do tat... (-_-) ..hee.. then he did prepare for me a bucket of ice water and a towel to put on my forehead... but then he was so irritating, purposely irritate me by putting his cold hand on my neck.. i felt my temperature shoot even higher after his "extensive care". :/

well.. then i went to bed.. that was actuali the first time i felt so much love surrounding me.. my mum and dad came to check on me, coming into my room many a times to ensure that i dun have to be sent to the hospital. i felt really touched, that my brother even rushed down to the nearby 24-hr cheers to get flu panadol for me. It may seems like a little effort, but to me, it's alot.

Then i went to see the doctor in order to escape the 36 demerit points 'awarded' for not going to school on friday. na... i wasn't feeling very well too, had cough, sore throat, headache and subsiding fever.. Din really feel good, had to stay at home, feeling drowsy after the medicine intake... eat sleep.. eat sleep... then i realised how horrible it must have be for people who need to do that for their whole life... And they are indeed strong. Yosh! Ganbatte yo minna!

oh ya.. haha... haven explain wat i meant by ghost... i was so pale like a ghost these few days... with a red lip... but i'm getting better. :)

wooo.. From the way you see i update my blog.. i bet u know that my life is so pack right now, hahaha.. But it's something which i never felt before. Indeed, we can stretch our faith! Whenever things starts to rise up, problems for example, we may think it's real hard for us to overcome! But when we start thinking that we cannot do it, then the chances of not succeeding becomes higher. In the contrary, when we have faith inside of us, we believe in God, all things are possible!
Wow.. i truly experience it, and it's just a tiny beginning! It's getting real exciting. But compare to my pastors, this is nothing. Oh ya! INCOMING *GREAT NEWS* Pastor Lia has given birth to an absolutely, incredibly, awesome, indescribably ADORABLE little baby gal!!! Yeah!! Sooooooo cute.. Her name is Rinnah!

*~Interesting Fact~*
And there is something interesting that you should take note, that u realised that whenever there is a problem, it can means that we are going forward! It's like physics, when we go forward, friction is created! It's just like problems! But, the most amazing part is, when we solved it, not only our faith becomes stronger, so are we! ;) The fact that we are goin forward is exciting enough! At least, we learn to take the gamble to go forward instead of staying at a current spot and wait for miracles to happen. Or even worse, we go back to wat it used to be like... By doing that, we will never improve. :) Thus, we have to walk in faith! (<- aww.. my friend call me a Holy Sister now adays~* haha.. But it's ok, i dun care what they say about me, it's alright! lol..)

Aww... This year is a real busy year for them, everything, just happen together in this year! Both of them went for the bible school(exams, which they are graduating soon! yeah!!), they shifted their house, from a smaller house, to a bigger house! Pastor Lia giving birth and the most exciting and also, requires lots of energy & support... Our church is shifting!!! Yeah~~~*** Clap* Clap* Praise the Lord! it's all happening so fast and within the same year! It's in the central of singapore, just a 3 minutes walk from dhoby Ghaut MRT station! A much bigger place of course! yuppeee!!! Just as pastors and we believe that God will provide us! (Ya know, it's not cheap there... in fact, it's horrifyingly expensive. (~_~"))

*~~PASTOR LIA'S VISION~~*
Wow... But just as pastors even got this current church we have, (Which is in an industrial building at red hill.) Pastor Lia had a vision from God, that WE SHALL WALK INTO THE PROVISION OF GOD! Amen! And immediately a few days ago, just as the contract was signed and everything was settled, they started to plan on things to do, on the renovation part. Which they set that the sound system which consist of wiring and cabling will be done of 28 of Nov. Just as the plan was neatly fall in place. Immediately, the next day morning, the RED RAIN (a Christian band from New Zealand, who did world tours every years. They came this year.) One of the member, who did great sound system (his father also did great sound system!) promise to come and help us! And that he will reach Singapore on the 28 of november! Oh praise the Lord! What God promised, He is faithful! Halleluyah! Yeah~~ It's going to be real great!

Well, i desperately needa look for inspiration! Because, i was given a task to help out in designing the opening ceremony's welcoming flash! aww... I pray that God gives me the strength and inspiration to overcome it! As i may learn flash, but i ain't got any designing learning background. (Althought i used to be very interested in it. I used to love to draw a lot...) Ganbatte! I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! Shall stop here, else it's a non stop essay.. haha.. i can grow really excited when i talk about God. haha.. oppss.. it's been like days since i update my blog, man.. Everytime when i started to write my blog, i started to redesign the whole blog. Then change here n there.. in the end.. well.. i din even get the chance to update my posting.. haiz.. juz let it be la.. hee...
Hmm... These few days ar, rush my project, been "stone"ing whenever i'm stuck with the coding... ah..... the logic... man... wat a pain... now i understand why many IT student choose another path.. But.. slowly as i go into it, i realised it's kinda fun as well.. to overcome all the codes.. and gaining the experience is something very precious. And the most important part of studying is the training of the mind. (As we dun usually get to use computing mathematics in the working world.) de..
so in the end, the process of our studying in school trains up our mind so that we think more quickly. ;)

Praise the Lord! Xiao Ting found both her handphone and wallet back! Oh, indeed God is a good God. Ask and indeed you shall be given! haha.. today me went to church, with May and met Xiao Ting there. hee.. so fun! Today's sermon is indeed very good and interesting. It toks abt how we should jump out of the box. There are many boxes in our life that we set for ourselves. Like, e.g. saying that we are not meant to study, and things like tat. By having that kind of mentality, we got restricted. But God doesn't want us to live a restricted life. But a life full of faith! Miracles happen when we believe in Him, doubts always come, but we overcome it by faith. Amen.

~Church moving~
Hee.. we are moving our church soon! It's at the centre of Singapore! near Dhoby Ghaut MRT station! so exciting! There are very very few churches down there, as it is simply too expensive. but we went for it as we believe in God.
If we want something that we never had before, we got to do something we never done before. Amen. Praise the Lord!

~Stress~
Project datedue is coming, by this week i will have to complete most part of my project, hmmm... stress is starting to come, but i believe i will complete it! Will have to stay in school for this whole week lo.. :)

Some thoughts

Today i went to church, felt really energised whenever i'm in church. God never forsaken anyone even when people forsaken Him.
When i felt very down n perplexed today, He wants me to fellowship with my sisters and brothers, which i obeyed, and i'm truly glad that i did. :) It was a great session indeed. Pastor wants us to walk out of our box, and not be restricted by it. Be like a jack in the box! No matter how we got hit down, we will always bounch back with a double strength!

About Ting's lost for her wallet n hp, i truly felt the pain and can totally understand how she feels. This is infact something i never had before. The feelings of pain for others. In the past, i used to only think of my own pain and starts get into the self pity state. Which is simply meaningless come to think of the past.... i truly felt hurt, the pain is even greater than my own. Last week the inner of my hp screen cracked, which i normally i would feel devastated... as the LCD screen of a samsung's phone costed more than the whole hp, if it comes to repair. But instead of the usual heartbroken feeling that i may felt.
I actually felt calm. Only a little pity, but overall i actuali felt calm. (knowing that my phone bills is coming and my most of my pocket money is going to run out, and it is almost impossible to let my mum n sis know abt it.. Whether is it by accident or not, they will go nuts abt it.) I actually have faith for God.
I know everything are planned by Him. He showed me lots of miracles, that is the reason why i kept my faith on for Him. And as i grow into knowing Him more, i get to understand more things. I now understand what it means by having a relationship with Him. :)
I felt really down for what had happened to Ting. Altot i know, saying anything to her rite now will not help at all. As i put myself in her shoe, i been through things like tat, and i know watever and how people console you, it doesn't help much.. I just want Ting to know that i care about it, and i really do. It's not because i have to, but i really sincerely feel so. And i know, God wants to see you growing stronger. He wants you to grow in ur character. We have flaws, but God still love us for who we are. Dun feel restricted to talk to Him. For when we started to do so, we cannot grow closer to Him as He planned. :)

A Little Update

Hey ho! hee.. been bz these 2 days. so decided to come in to upload my blog. :) Went swimming with May and Peishan yesterday! hee.. sooooo fun.. and both of them taught me how to swim better. As my first swimming lesson happen to be "a kick into the water" by my dad. hmmm.. In order to swim in a better way, i have to learn. hee.. so fun! Was still wondering should i go anot.. hee... (It's in the middle of my FYPJ) opps.. hee..

~My new blue card!~
hee.. went to eat at AMK with Shan, Aloy, Norphos, Ah Liew, Elmo and Maymay! hee.. so fun, then they wanna go change the nets card. so i also decided to go change it! man.. but my IC is not with me! (My mum keeps it in case i will lose it. kinda careless n blur in the past.. (#_~)) But then i show her my admin card la, then the lady took my thumb print so many times.. like afraid i illegal immigrant.. haiz.. haha.. Then she say wa i lost weight.. of coz la.. 2 years ago, when i first entered NYP, full of fats in my body.. wahahha.. no la. now also.. but at least can see the difference from my fat face to now thinner.. then they clarify with my card again, (Wear my spec to school today, eye pain pain.. cannot wear contact lens), then have to take off my spec to show her in front of so many ppl... (~_~).. so embarrassing... A police man was standing behind them somemore.. diao... but then finally got my new blue card(POSB)! haha... wat a commotion.

~Project, haiz..~
Quite worry about my project, as i felt like i'm really disappointing my supervisor, who is really so kind to provide guidance and help.. (Mr Teddy) haa.. Tat's his name. He is a real shy guy, but really a great supervisor! I think he is new, perhaps a graduate from NYP as well. hee.. Been helping Linda with her project, but i think it's worth it! yeah.. today i really got back the reward! Finally, i really see her effort in really looking through the codes and trying to understand and apply. (Which coding used to be a killer for her) Thank God, she really started to learn. I'm so touched! :) As, God helps those who help themselves.

I must really work hard man.. else i will really disappoint my supervisor.. today i'm the only one staying back in the lab.. rather lonely.. haha.. but it's better, at least i can concentrate more.. the temptation in the lab is enough man.. haha.. But i will over come the temptation! Amen!

Xiao Ting lost her wallet and handphone. but i know that it is a test from God, as she really needed alot of faith. Let's pray for her to get it back, and this shall be a testimony of her very own. But i know, sometimes even when bad things happen, our Father wants us to learn something from it. He has been waiting to hear us, to speak to us. He wants us to grow in character and be strong for Him. Amen. :) May lost her wallet last week, i encouraged her to really pray to God for it. And with the strong faith, she got it back! The taxi driver actually sent it to her home for her. Praise the Lord.

Today is such a great day! I prayed to God for more faith. As i felt myself needing it alot... Thus i prayed hard last night, hoping that God could respond me. True enough, ask and u shall be given.

Got one of the gal, PeiShan saved! O thank God. It's actually my first time sharing John 3:16 with people. She is my first sheep! :) I'm sooooooooooo happy for her! For once you got saved, the angels in the heaven will rejoice and celebrate as one more soul is added into the kingdom of God!

The real fulfilment i get back is something that cannot be bought with cash, something which no one can understand unless they experienced it themselves. i'm so glad that God never gave up on me. For His love endures forever. I can really say that these 6 months time, the things i see, the miracles that God gave me was totally overwhelmed. Do not be mind led, or emotional led, but will led! That is why many people who think logically in this sense can never understand it. Praise the Lord i got to see a bigger picture day by day. :)

I'm Winnie here. I'm just like anyone else, been searching for the purpose in my life as i grew up. Used to think that the people that i met were all kind souls. All the people i met, my friends, or family, their impression of me was, i'm really naive. Guess that i just can't seems to forget how good it was to be like a small child. I'm those who really appreciate the good things in life, whether is it small or big. That was even before i became a Christian. :) I really feel that all the years i've been through, the growth i had, can never be compared with the 6 months time! I'm truly shocked myself.

I still remember how i really find Christian irritating. Never understanding why are they so persistent. I'm very sure that many (oh yeah lots) people had real bad experience with Christianality. I'm one of it.

I'm really shocked on how God lead me towards Him. Frankly speaking, i was not brought to church and then got saved. I was in fact, saved before i attend Heart Of God Church. It's an AWESOME church! Thank God for leading me towards there! :) (I was in fact brought to many churches, and i didn't accept Christ then. :p)

Well, i suppose when i haven't accept Christ, i'm just like anyone, who stand by the side looking at those Christians, wondering what they are doing. Judging them with "my own view" (i suppose that leads to alot of self-decieving or even stubborness). I used to belong in the Anti-Christian Group. Aww... How horrible i was, come to think of that. But not until i was saved. That was when my eyes were truly opened.

Praise the Lord. It's ok if people call me holy, in fact, on these 6 months of Christian walk, alot of people called me that. It's sad that people don't understand. But i feel that it's not like Christians are acting to be holy or what. It is just that Christian grows everyday, which is the main purpose of God. He have great plans ahead for us. It's just a matter of being willing and obedience or not.

I just felt the need to share with all the people out there, on how great God is. I'm sure many people have disbelieve in it, but the choice which i made this time, it determined the change in my life.

I still remember the first sincered question that i asked a Christian was, "Why did God put the Tree in that garden if He doesn't want Adam and Eve to eat it??". I was really puzzled by this.
Answer: God give people choice to test their faith.
Man... God is indeed a good God. He created man not only for the sake of His pleasure, but He wants to see us grow! He wanted us to be strong in faith, love and so much more.

Coming to think of how my life used to be.. SCARYLY ignorant~~ haha..
